Fairness and transparency in recruitment and selection processes is important in ensuring equality and diversity in our workforce. The Consultant Physiotherapy Professional Network will support the view of having checks & balances as well as accountability, in recruitment processes within our professional boundary.

The CPPN will encourage discussions around best practices and how to implement talent management and recruitment frameworks as identified in “No More Tick Boxes report”.
